COLLEGE VISITS

A maximum of three (3) visitation days are available to students to be taken the beginning of their junior year through their senior year as determined by the student.  College visitations taken during the senior year will not be counted against senior final exam exemptions.  The requirements necessary to approve designated college visitation will include:  a note from a parent/guardian submitted to the high school prior to planned college visit(s) indicating college location(s) and absence date(s);  and upon return, documentation of visit(s) submitted on college letterhead stationery must include student's name and date of visit.  Students who do not provide the necessary documents for approved college visits will receive an unexcused absence.

JUNIOR GPA AND RANK

GPA and rank are calculated at the end of each semester – not each 6 weeks.
